She enjoys learning complex systems, organizing information, and explaining them in ways that help other people use them effectively.

For eight years, she worked within an ecosystem of evolving requirements, incomplete documentation, complex policies, and constantly changing information. During that time, she worked in data quality, quality control, and user acceptance testing, contributing to tooling migrations, documentation, and process improvement.

She naturally gravitated toward documenting implicit knowledge, identifying patterns, improving workflows, capturing edge cases, and helping others understand the systems they used.

She has a strong drive to understand complex systems deeply and brings curiosity, persistence, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. She is open to changing her approach when presented with a better one, and she values collaboration in solving difficult problems.
